We have been in Bellevue since 1992. We’re not a fad or a trend; we’re not scary, we’re not hot; there’s no music or mirrors. We actually have a system we can teach you that has been proven to work by thousands of students! With over 70 classes a week, we welcome every level of fitness and flexibility, from the strong and supple yoga body, to people who can barely get down on the floor.

We are the preeminent yoga studio on the Eastside, and along with other honors, we have consistently been voted the Best of Western Washington. Our teachers are experts at knowing how to help you be comfortable and successful in class. We look forward to welcoming you to Alive and Shine Center!
