Workshop - Hips and Knees
Description
Learn and practice postures and exercise methods of bringing space and strength to the inter-related joints of the hips and knees. When you participate in this three hour workshop, you will experience different ways of working on the hips and knees, to learn awareness about the joints and see which work best for you. You will learn things you can practice at home and things you can do that help your hips open and knees heal. The workshop includes a handout to take home.
