Triangle Pose

Trikonasana (trih-koh-nah-sah-nah[needs IPA]; Sanskrit: त्रिकोणासनम्; IAST: trikoṇāsanam) or Triangle Pose is an asana. Variations include utthita trikonasana (extended triangle pose), baddha trikonasana (bound triangle pose) and parivrtta trikonasana (revolved triangle pose).
