Cobra Pose

Bhujangasana (pron.: /ˈbuː.dʒænˈɡɑː.sɑː.nɑː/; Sanskrit: भुजङ्गासन; IAST: Bhujaṅgāsana), Cobra Pose, or Upward Facing Dog Pose is an asana. The name comes from the Sanskrit words bhujanga meaning "snake" or "serpent" and asana (आसन) meaning "posture" or "seat".
