Ashtanga Yoga Charlottesville

Ashtanga / Vinyasa classes for all levels are offered in the historical Belmont neighborhood of Charlottesville, Virginia and at THE BARN, a beautiful timber frame structure in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We host workshops and trainings with many well known teachers from all traditions.
