Yoga Vedanta offers multi-style residential Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh for inspired Yoga aspirants seeking in-depth understanding of traditional Yoga to enhance their personal Yoga practices and cultivate essential teaching skills in them so that they can be able to manage their own Yoga class anywhere in the world.
The course syllabus includes popular Yoga styles such as Ashtanga Vinyasa, classic Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Sivananda Yoga, Hot Yoga, Flow Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and many more along with advance meditation and pranayama techniques. Additionally, Ayurveda teachings and special discourses on ancient scriptures like Patanjali Yoga Sutra and Bhagvad Geeta are also included in the course curriculum.
Extra curricular activities are also covered within the program such as Shatkarma that includes various detoxification and cleansing activities like Jalneti, Sutraneti, Vaman, Laghushank Prakshalan, etc. Local sightseeing and trekking are also included in extra curriculum activities along with other option of adventure.
