Yoga School India is a registered Yoga school (RYS) recognized by Yoga Alliance USA. It is the oldest institution of Yoga located in an ancient spiritual city of Rishikesh which provides ideal atmosphere for all kinds of Yoga activities due to its serene environment surrounded by pristine natural beauty of Himalaya Mountain in the presence of holy river Ganges. Rishikesh is popularly known as world Yoga capital attracting Yogis and Yoga aspirants from around the world for attaining higher level of understanding of traditional Yogic sciences.

Yoga School India offers basic 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training and advance 300 Hours Yoga Teacher Training for inspired Yoga aspirants and Yoga teachers to enhance their personal Yoga practices and empower them with effective teaching methodologies.

The course syllabus of Yoga Teacher Training covers multi-style Yoga curriculum including popular Yoga styles such as Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Power Yoga, Flow Yoga, Hatha Vinyasa, Hot Yoga, Sivananda Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Iyenger Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation and Teaching methodology.

300 Hours YTT = $1630 USD (6 Weeks)

Yoga School India provides world class accommodation for the participants of the courses. Western style bathroom attached to well ventilated rooms are available. 24x 7 Wi-Fi connectivity is also available. Single and shared room facility is available as per the privacy requirements. Nutritious and organic food is served thrice a day.
