Yoga Vedanta Center offers 200 hours residential Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India. It is a registered Yoga school (200-RYS, 300-RYS & 500-RYS) recognized by Yoga Alliance USA to conduct Yoga Teacher Training certification course for inspired Yoga enthusiasts to enhance their personal Yoga practices and cultivate essential teaching skills in them.

200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training course prepares the participants with qualities required to recognized by Yoga Alliance USA as registered Yoga teacher (200-RYT). The participants are rewarded with 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training certificate after successful completion of the course and allow the successful participants to become certified Yoga teachers. The successful participants of 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training course become capable to create unique Yoga sequences and manage Yoga classes anywhere in the world.

This aspiring program are conducted under the guidance of highly qualified and proficient Yoga masters who are registered with Yoga Alliance USA and have years of experience in Yoga activities.

The course curriculum of 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training program includes detailed explanation of classic Hatha Yoga in both theories and practices along with Ayurveda, Anatomy, Mantra chanting and Pranayama. Daily lecture on Patanjali Yoga Sutras OR a chapter on Bhagavad Gita OR Indian philosophy.

The extra curricular activities includes Shatkarma – cleansing process – Jalneti, Sutraneti, Vaman, Laghushank Prakshalan, etc. Sunday off for local sight-seeing, trekking and other activities.

Yoga Vedanta Center provides modern style accommodation facilities which include well ventilated rooms with western style bathroom attached to them. Pure vegetarian organic food served 3 times daily to the students participating in 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh.
