Red Sun Yoga
We welcome you to Red Sun Yoga, a beautiful yoga studio in Orlando, FL, designed for everyone, regardless of their level of experience. We are conveniently located in Winter Springs, FL, serving central Florida yoga opportunities.
Red Sun Yoga offers classes from beginner to advanced. With over 40 classes on the schedule, there is a class for everyone. We offer gentle, hatha level 1, flow, power flow, yin and specialty classes for hips and back, stress relief, pre-natal, plus size, detox and meditation.
Located upstairs, you're first greeted by the sound of windchimes. The atmosphere inside the studio is calming and light. You can feel it as soon as you walk in the door.
In addition to yoga classes we also offer meditation workshops, massage, reiki and discussion classes like A Course in Miracles, Journey Through the Chakras and Yoga & Ayurveda.
We are open everyday with the exception of a few holidays. The hours listed reflect the times that the first class of the day starts and the last class of the day starts.
