We offer group Yoga classes in Oviedo, Winter Park and Lake Mary that focus on various Yoga styles to meet all needs. From beginners, to advanced, Lisa McDonald is educated and certified to help our students one-on-one become stronger and more flexible. Each class provides breathing techniques, warm ups, yoga poses (asana) and relaxation/meditation at the end of class.
Yoga styles include: Hatha (various levels), Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Gentle Yoga, Yoga Flow Basics, Hot Yoga, Yoga for Health and Yoga for Weight Loss.
