Strong Heart Yoga

Until now, yoga students in Warren have shared spaces or found themselves traveling to other communities to discover the practice. Strongheart Yoga is committed to providing yoga with a room of its own in the neighborhood. Our goal is to create a warm and inviting space for yoga that will nurture both practiced students and those completely new to yoga. And we hope to be a valuable addition to the community; a place where people can come together on a path to greater wellness and well-being.
