Acrobalance Yoga Series with Shadow & Rebecca.
This weekly class begins with partner stretching to improve flexibility and core strength building exercises to improve balance. The second half of the class is devoted to learning a set of Acrobalance/Acroyoga moves as both a flyer and a base with great attention to spotting and communication.
