Yoga House

Yoga House offers a variety of classes ranging from beginner to advanced, as well as guided meditation, restorative and yogic philosophy, deriving from and reflecting the 8 limbs of yoga. Our highly skilled and certified instructors are trained to guide you safely through practice. The classes at Yoga House are designed to encourage, support, balance and bring great health, evolution and longevity to the mind, body and spirit. In addition to yoga, we also offer Reiki Healing Classes, Astrology Lectures, Empowerment Coaching, Workshops and Private Sessions.
