Studio One Yoga & Massage

Studio One Yoga and Massage is locally owned and operated in historic downtown Stillwater, Minnesota. We offer a variety of classes including slow and power vinyasa flow, hot yoga, Restorative Hatha, along with therapeutic massage, workshops, and special events. All of our instructors are certified, intuitive and compassionate. We open our doors to everyone - babies to seniors, beginners to advanced. Our yoga classes are designed to create balance, build strength and help students become flexible on and off their mats.
