Prana Yoga
Prana Yoga St. Louis is located in Des Peres, Missouri on Manchester Road in the lower level of Terra. We offer a variety of yoga including our Prana Hot Yoga, a 90 minute Bikram inspired yoga class practiced in a heated room. We also have beginning Vinyasa flow, Yin yoga, and Power lunch classes that combine yoga with the intense instruction of a butt kicking bootcamp.
