Sweet Peace Yoga

The name Sweet Peace is a play on words. We're located upstairs from The Sugar Shack, a candy store filled with sweets! Traditional sun salutations were done early to greet the rising sun. Now early morning practices area refreshing way to jump start the day. Sweet Peace Yoga offers a one-hour 6:00 a.m. practice on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
