Welcome to the Vinings Yoga and Tai Chi center :-) We hold our Tuesday night class at the Cumberland United Methodist Church at 2375 Paces Ferry in the Smyrna/Vinings area. Our Thursday morning class is held at H2Q Fitness in Post Riverside Town Square at 4455 Northside Parkway NW also in Smyrna/Vinings area. Please call for more information!
