The yoga classes offered at Sutra Yoga vary in style and level. We are a bhakti style studio-lovers of the divine, so our classes have a strong non-dogmatic spiritual undertone. Each class and each teacher offer unique approach to the physical, energetic, and emotional practices of yoga. Most of our classes have some sort of fluid movement integrated into the practice and bring a keen eye to physical alignment.
