Sol Yoga

SOL is first and foremost a power vinyasa studio. That means we flow, we move, we sweat. Some of what we love about the power vinyasa style, however, is that it is safe and adaptable for all levels. SOL is heated to 90 degrees and climate controlled. We offer free towels, water and endless amounts of free parking. We have an awesome community that we love. Come in to the warmth and join us!
