Established almost two decades ago, in 1992, we are one of California's leading Yoga Centers, home to some of the finest instructors in the state. Located in a beautiful, historic building, our studios have an expansive atmosphere, with twenty-foot ceilings, huge skylights and are filled with light.
We are committed to offering the best quality of yoga instruction in an inspiring and uplifting setting.
Our daily Schedule offers over 100 classes a week, encompassing a large variety of yoga styles, to suit different needs and ages.
Our 200 & 500-hour YOGA ALLIANCE APPROVED TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM, attracts students nationally and internationally, presenting master instructors such as Erich Schiffmann, Judith Lasater , Seane Corn, Lisa Walford, among many.

We also complement our Yoga Program with Pilates and Qigong classes.
