People's Yoga, Health & Dance

Our goal is for you to have fun & get as fit as possible. Our motto is "FUN WITH BENEFITS"! We strongly recommend discussing your fitness activities with your doctor before engaging in a new program of any kind. Please be sure to bring water in a closed container & a towel for personal use.
Wear comfortable clothing that makes you feel good, appropriate for your class, & won’t get in your way (or someone else’s) when you move. Avoid the use of heavy fragrance & always choose appropriate footwear for your activity.
Comfortable shoes with good support, cushioning & non-marking soles will be appropriate for most of our dance classes. Bare feet will be allowed for yoga, pilates, meditation & some belly/tribal/hula dance classes.
