Urban Oasis Yoga & Wellness
Our facility consist of two large yoga studios, one is designed for Alignment base yoga (Iyengar), with a 58 foot yoga wall and all props necessary for proper alignment and therapeutic yoga. The other studio is set up for our Warm (80º) Power Vinyasa classes, as well as Hatha, Ashtanga, Workshops and RYT Teacher Trainings programs. By offering 40 classes a week, taught in 7 different yoga and meditation traditions, by RYT Certified yoga instructors, Urban Oasis has quickly been set apart from other yoga studios.
On the integrated healthcare & wellness side, Urban Oasis has brought together a team of well educated, experienced and compassionate practitioners. This team consist of a Naturopathic Doctor, 2 Massage practitioners, Acupuncturists, Chinese herbalists and 4 Clinical Therapist.
