For the past 8 years we have provided healthy alternatives and relaxation to families in the Roswell, Alpharetta, Sandy Springs and North Atlanta communities. Whether you come to class to get energized in the morning, or to unwind at the end of the day, our classes will refresh and exercise your body and brain. We will revitalize your body, mind and spirit - but not just during class, but throughout your daily life too! We invite you to come and experience it for yourself. We are conveniently located at 710 Holcomb Bridge Road, between 400 and Alpharetta Highway, near the old Wolf Camera and Monkey Joe's.
