Under new ownership since March of 2013, our warm and inviting eco-friendly studio in Rochester Hills offers you affordable yoga classes and a supportive community of like-minded students.
We have created a cool, laid back atmosphere for busy people just like you to explore yoga for the benefits of fitness, health, and/or stress relief. Our community is diverse and includes the flexible and the non-flexible, the young and the old, the seasoned yogi and those who have never before set foot in a yoga studio. With nearly a dozen teachers on staff and many different styles of yoga to choose from, we recommend trying them all out using our Unlimited New Student Monthly Pass.
