Updog Yoga

UpDog Yoga is the area's premier therapy-based yoga studio. Its mission is to create yoga for every body by integrating therapeutic adjustments and massage into every class. More than 50% of our teaching staff is certified at the 500 hour level or above, and has undergone intensive training in yoga therapy, Thai massage, anatomy, and physiology. Even though yoga has been applied with therapeutic intention for thousands of years, Yoga Therapy is just now emerging as the new wave in personal well-being.
