At Bikram Yoga Reston we offer:
A full schedule of 47 Bikram yoga classes taught by a variety of certified and qualified instructors
Hot Yoga room, heated to about 105 degrees fahrenheit about 40% humidity
Special Yoga room flooring with wood-grain sheet that has microbial resistance. It is made out of 10% recycled materials. It features an anti-fatigue, cushioned-step and closed-cell foam-backing and it is perfect for hot yoga applications.
A clean environment: We have cleaning staff cleaning the studio thoughout the day and evening. We clean the yoga room and shower areas in between each class.

Changing rooms with showers and bathrooms. Extra bathrooms available outside.
Freshly squeezed “Orange Juice” that we make with our special zumex juicer (check photo below)
We sell E3 Live : blue-green algae (AFA for short) that is an all-organic wild-harvested aqua-botanical considered by renowned health authorities to be nature’s most beneficial superfood.
We offer yoga clothing items by Shakti, Heidi bottoms, Bellissima and Mika
Water, vitamin water, coconut water. You can also refill your bottles in the water fountain right outside the studio
