Motion Center offers high-quality yoga, dance, and massage therapy, in a friendly, non-competitive atmosphere.
We believe that yoga, dance and massage therapy are appropriate for everyone, regardless of age or physical health. We are committed to helping students and clients find the class or massage therapy style that is beneficial and safe for them.
Our teachers and therapists share a commitment to growing in their practice, and to supporting students' exploration of yoga, movement and health. Our massage therapists are licensed in Rhode Island, hold special certifications in the modalities they practice, and adhere to the American Massage Therapy Association’s Code of Ethics.
