Being one of Providence's largest yoga studios, we have lots of space. There are no "semesters" and no "preregistrations." Just show up 15 minutes before class. Come to any class. Come when it is convenient for you. Practice often.
Vinaysa Yoga Teacher Training, Apprenticeship and Certification taught by Tom Gillette is one of the most rigorous and intellectually challenging in the country. Begins Oct 2006. This 200 hour program is accredited by the Yoga Alliance but it goes much beyond their requirements. Highly selective admissions. Small group. You will feel very confident about your yoga knowldege and ablilities at the end of this demanding course.
