Yoga Fuerza
Fuerza means strength in Spanish. The classes offered at yoga Fuerza are meant to cultivate strength of the body, mind, and spirit improving one’s overall psychological and physiological wellness.
Mindful movement through asanas (poses) strengthens muscles, increases flexibility, enhances balance, focuses attention on the present moment, and helps one cultivate a deepened awareness of their mental, emotional, and physical state.
Yogis of all ages and body types are welcome and can benefit from a deepened yoga practice. Modifications will be provided for novice yogis and more advanced yogis in order to meet individual needs.
