This beginning hatha yoga class is specifically designed to enhance your mind, strengthen, reshape and heal your body. Hatha yoga builds flexibility and balance, making it a perfect compliment to sports, dance and other physical activities. Postures can be modified to accommodate physical limitations and suited to all levels of personal fitness. A regular yoga practice relieves stress, improves spinal alignment and posture, energizes the mind and body, while improving concentration.
