This beginning hatha yoga class is specifically designed to enhance your mind, strengthen, reshape and heal your body. Hatha yoga builds flexibility and balance, making it a perfect compliment to sports, dance and other physical activities. Postures can be modified to accommodate physical limitations and suited to all levels of personal fitness.
