The TheraYoga Studio is conveniently located at 4105 Oceanview Boulevard, Montrose, CA 91020, one block from the Oceanview exit on the 210 Freeway and about a mile from the 2 Freeway. We serve the San Gabriel Valley and beyond, and we are just minutes from Glendale, Pasadena, La Crescenta, La Canada, Eagle Rock, and many communities on the East Side of Los Angeles. Our building is easy to find – it’s a pretty brick building with flowers out front, right at the corner of Oceanview and Montrose Avenue. Once you enter, you’ll find a beautiful and tranquil space, from the inviting lobby and boutique to the spacious, cheerful practice room. There are several parking spaces in the lot in front of the studio, as well as street parking nearby. The large two-hour free parking lot on Florencita is just a few (somewhat steep) blocks away, between the studio and the shops and restaurants on Honolulu Avenue.
