Guided Ashtanga evening classes Tuesday and Thursday as well as Monday and Wed Morning. Full Led Primary Ashtanga every Friday and Saturday mornings taught traditionally and true to the system of Ashtanga. Daily Ashtanga yoga classes aim to purifiy and balance the body . After the yoga, Asana House Juice Bar offers fresh juices, natural smoothies, wraps, salads, fresh soup and baked goods. You will find educational reading material and good music to satisfy all the senses in a warm environment.
