Destin Hot Yoga
We practice hot yoga for 90 minutes in a room heated to approximately 100 degrees. The typical responses/questions are, "why is it so hot, why are the classes so long? Will I pass out? Is this heat good for me? The truth is, the heat is wonderful for you and your body will LOVE you for practicing this style of hatha yoga. It facilitates the healing process with most any ailment or injury. Your muscles are more malleable in the heat and the heat helps to prevent injury as well.
