Destin Pilates and Aerial Center is Destin's first full service Pilates, Aerial, and Barre Studio. We offer the most popular Pilates styles from the original East Coast Classic Pilates to the more current and evolved West Coast Rehabilitation style Pilates. We are also the first to bring the newest fitness trends to the area: Aerial Yoga, Aerial Silks, and Balanced Body Barre Classes. Aerial Silks combines the excitement of Cirque du Soleil with the challenging mixture of cardio, strengthening, conditioning, and flexibility exercises before climbing the Aerial Silks. Barre classes are a sexy new way to get fit incorporating Dance, Pilates, and Yoga techniques while using a Ballet Barre. DPC is the first studio in Destin to offer Aerial Silks , Aerial Yoga , Hoopnatica Hula Hoop , Belly Dance and Balanced Body Barre Classes.
