Grass Roots Yoga

Grass Roots Yoga Studio is a beautiful new yoga studio located in McHenry Illinois right across the street from the McHenry municipal center. You will find a warm and friendly environment in which to begin or further your yoga practice. We offer hatha yoga for all levels of experience, weekly meditation classes, and monthly workshops. Massage therapy, reiki and craniosacral therapy also available by appointment.
