Pilates At Cary Physical Therapy

Once you have completed your fitness assessment you can begin working out at Cary Physical Therapy. We provide you with a safe and friendly environment and an exercise physiologist, a physical therapist, or PT Assistant on the floor at all times. We also provide you with a periodic review of your fitness program, and blood pressure and heart rate monitoring, if required or requested.
