Small group classes set in a sunny garden studio. Individual sessions for developing personal practices and Yoga therapy. John is a relatively classical Yoga teacher with both teaching and therapist diplomas from the American Viniyoga Institute (Gary Kraftsow) and a teaching certification from AG Mohan of Chennai, India. He is also the Director of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. John often lectures on Yoga and Yoga Therapy for allopathic institutions and co-taught the course on Complementary and Alternative Medicine at the UA Medical School for two years.
