All of our teachers are on the same healthy path together. We each support one another to become better spiritual beings through sharing new meditation techniques, new eating habits, and anything else that opens our hearts and minds. Each instructor has a gift for teaching their life's passion. Mary Anne is a physical therapist which allows her to be a skilled Yoga therapy teacher. Emma has worked in Missouri as a LMT(licensed massage therapist) and this healing art has enhanced her teaching ability. She is working on getting her Arkansas LMT so she may offer massage in our organic day spa. Cassandra loves teaching hot vinyasa flow with rocking music to bring Yoga into a place of spiritual growth but with an element of open-hearted fun.
