The Yoga Center Of Huntsville
The Yoga Center of Huntsville is a full service yoga center offering classes in Yoga and Pilates. The faculty of YCH has a strong background in the Iyengar Yoga tradition (this system emphasizes alignment, the use of props—if needed, and an in-depth understanding of the body, breath, and mind) and in the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition (this system emphasis traditional yoga postures found in Iyengar Yoga in an ordered sequence and linked with the in and out breath)
Our styles are closely linked with the both of these traditions and we are dedicated to the explorations and knowledge found in all traditions of yoga. Each of us has incorporated other teachings and developed our unique gifts through our own practices.
Pilates classes embrace the Traditions of West Coast Pilates, East Coast Pilates and Moria Stott. Our styles are closely linked with all three of these traditions and we are dedicated to the gifts and knowledge found in all the diverse traditions of Pilates. Each of us has incorporated other teachings and developed our unique gifts through our own practices.
