Firm Pilates

The Firm Pilates Studio is located in the Hawaii Kai Corporate Plaza next to Roy’s Restaurant on the 2nd floor. Koi ponds and waterfalls will welcome you into the courtyard. And in our studio, you will take in a gorgeousocean view of Maunalua Bay. You may even get to see a beautiful sunset if you come to class in the late afternoon/early evening.
