The focus of Power Yoga is not to be able to do extreme poses-although the yoga practice can be challenging, adventurous, and fun at times! It is, however, about feeling truly comfortable inside our bodies, and deeply grounded and centered in our being. We learn to apply the yogic principles; not just of the physical discipline, but also of the philosophical and holistic approach to life that is Yoga. We begin our journey on our mat; and we travel to worlds unknown!
