Buddha Nest Yoga

Located within a large blue Federal style building, BNY can be found on the first floor. Parking is available in the lot behind the building or along the street. We offer a full range of classes including vinyasa flow, no-flow and meditation. Props include blocks, straps, eye pillows, mats, meditation cushions and zabutons.
