burn is an affordable yoga studio that focuses on mixer-style classes designed to make your muscles burn.
when you arrive at burn, the first thing you’ll notice is plenty of parking to make coming to practice as stress-free as possible. we offer a variety of classes in both of our studio spaces, studio yang and studio yin, with separate entrances for maximum convenience.
Studio Yang- the left entrance leads to our yang studio, where we practice high-intensity fusion workouts such as burn’s signature mixer class. our large projector screen transforms your cycling class into an adventure while an upbeat playlist sets the pace. or, sweat while you sculpt your muscles in one of our yoga sculpt classes.
Studio Yin- the right entrance opens up to studio yin, a cozy area for our yoga classes such as yoga flow or slow burn. unroll your mat in studio yin to unplug and relax while working on flexibility, strength and meditation
Private Yoga Room- deepen your practice, loosen up your muscles and enjoy the attention of your instructor by scheduling a private session. the back of our studio boasts a separate, comfortable room, perfect for Thai yoga massage and personal sessions
