Three Trees Yoga & Healing Arts Center
Three Trees Yoga & Healing Arts Center was founded in June 2005 by Karen Schwisow, Jeni Martinez and Suzy Green-Cindrich three friends who trained at Pacific Yoga Teacher Training and wanted to bring a premiere yoga studio experience to Federal Way, WA.
Three Trees Yoga has a class for everyone. We specialize in meeting the student where they are at. If you need stress relief, or longer hamstrings or stronger bones--or all of the above, we can find a class for you.
We have beginners classes as well as the "Intro to Yoga" series for an in depth study of the poses if you are brand new to yoga.
All of our teachers are required to be RYT certified and can make adjustments for previous injuries or medical conditions.
We offer a clean, relaxing, tranquil space to support you in your journey to find balance betweend body, mind and spirit
