Here are CORE, we offer individual sessions that are tailored to each client attending the private or semi private session. We offer state of the art Balanced Body equipment that include the reformer, cadillac, wunda chair, step barrel and ladder barrel along with some small apparatus that also assist with core training. We are trained to see weakness in movement and strengthen those areas while always giving a full body work out. We are wonderful listeners and are here to help your movement / fitness aspect of life be as positive and motivating as possible.
