We offer a convenient location in the downtown core of Edmonton with ample free parking available .We operate out of a personal training studio that utilizes functional training tools such as free weights, free motion cable machines, balls, bands and all things that personalize the training to meet the unique needs of our clients.Massage services are not completely linked to our treatment rooms on a massage table. Our dynamic approach sometimes requires matted floor space to get full application of our professional services.With free towel service, full change rooms and showers our clients can enjoy our services knowing they have some of the same amenities they can expect in their own home.Experience is everything, so come and try us out!
