Our studios are equipped with the latest in strength, aerobic, core stability and dynamic balance modalities, and best of all, you’ll never have to wait around for a piece of equipment to become available. Our one-on-one training philosophy means that our studios are never crowded. Clients also have the use of private shower facilities and towel service.
