Flow Yoga Studio

Flow Yoga Studio is a Vinyaysa Flow style studio. Focus is on small to medium sized classes. All teachers are highly qualified and certified. Having smaller class sizes allows the teacher to be hands on for correcting poses to prevent injuries.
