Evolve Yoga And Wellness Formerly Z Power Yoga
Well, the name evolve fits us very well. We have been in a constant state of evolution since we have opened our doors. We have been in business since 2008. We orginally opened our doors at a beautiful studio in De Pere as a Midwest Power Yoga studio, feeling inspired to make a shift we changed to Z Power Yoga and furthering our evolution we have changed to Evolve. We are the same people, but in a new location and a new name. We believe that our classes evolve and change and so do our students. This names fits well with where we are today and where we hope to be in the next 20 years.
Most of our classes are vinyasa-based and heated. We have teachers you have studied power vinyasa, Hatha, yin yoga and various other variations of both yoga and other wellness programs. Our goal is to help our students evolve and reach their true potential. In our classes your will find inspiration on your journey. Sometimes you will get your butt kicked other times we will just hold the space for your to experience something much deeper than just the physical. Our intention is to create a community that will support you no matter where you are at. That includes smiling and having fun with you, offering you a hug or shoulder to cry on, or just offering to be present with you while you experience whatever it is that you are meant to experience.
