Great Brook Yoga

Each human being has patterns, challenges, and energy blockages on the musculoskeletal, physiological, emotional, and mental levels. The yoga I facilitate has the potential to discover these blockages and move the energy on all levels, awakening new ways of being.
I enjoy working one on one and in small groups. This allows me to build individual connections, give personalized instruction, and discover each student’s uniqueness.
Together, we will create a sense of openness, space, and strength, with renewed energy and healing.
